After the CBN love letter we received, you could no longer withdraw the normal way but because you mean the world to us, we decided to make a way for you... awwwhn. These simple steps below will help you withdraw from Quidax.
First of all, you need to be on the Basic Level to be able to withdraw via QDIRECT so if you're not on Basic Level yet, hurry and complete it.
If you've completed your Basic Level , Log in to your Quidax account and follow the steps below.
1. Click on ''wallets'' at the bottom right of the screen.
When you click on 'wallets' a new page with a list of all your wallets shows up. Select ''NGN''.
As soon as you select NGN, a page with withdrawal options comes up, choose the “Qdirect” option.
On the next page, you input the amount you want to withdraw, click continue and accept the terms and conditions after you’ve read them thoroughly 😉
NB: The least you can withdraw is NGN500
As soon as you input the amount you'd like to withdraw, a page will pop up asking you to either chose from your existing account numbers or add a new bank account.
As soon as your bank account is successfully added, you can click on ''continue''.
You'll be asked to input your 2FA code.
NB: You need to have enabled your 2FA to be able to withdraw. For more info on 2FA click here
You are expected to get the funds in your bank account between 30-45mins. Please click on the Payment received button (on the mobile app)ONLY when you have received the funds in your bank account.
